Our aluminium carriers come in mill finish as standard, but we can also anodise, powder coat, or treat them to your specifications.
Section sizes
The standard brush strips range is available in 6 different section sizes. The section size refers to the profile thickness of the camstrip:
- No.1 Section – 2.5 mm – XSmall
- No.2 Section – 4 mm – Small
- No.3 Section – 5 mm – Medium
- No.4 Section – 6 mm – Large
- No.5 Section – 8 mm – Xlarge
- No.6 Section – 11.5 mm – XXLarge

Materials
Brush strips can be custom-made using a comprehensive range of synthetic, natural or metallic fill materials.
Example: Horse hair brush strips are commonly used on revolving doors. This natural fibre gives a better seal and has antistatic properties, non-abrasive qualities when polishing or cleaning surfaces. As this is a natural product, horse hairs can vary in colour and therefore, we can only advise what we have available at the time of your enquiry.

Our products shown online are available from stock, with Ex Works Next Working Day delivery for Mainland UK.
- Mainland UK shipping is £19.95 as standard (up to 20kg).
- Free shipping to Mainland UK on all orders over £400.00 in goods value.
It is also possible to collect products from Formseal (ST15 0YJ) or arrange for shipping outside the UK. If you are located overseas, please contact us for a customized quotation based on your specific needs, location, and the weight/dimensions of the goods.
