How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and/or services, when you purchase our products, or if you register to receive one of our newsletters or product catalogues.

What type of information is collected from you?

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

The personal information we collect will include your name, address, email address, contact numbers, IP address and information regarding what pages are accessed and when.  If you purchase a product from us, we will also have your invoice and delivery details and/or instructions.

For each visitor to our website, we aggregate information on what pages are visited.

The information we collect is used to notify visitors about our products and services.  It is not shared with other organisations.

However, when we use third-party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
