Flexible brush strip – profile 180° is our most popular selling solution for sealing problems that requires a flexible seal. This adaptable brush strip, constructed with a flexible thermoplastic core and polypropylene filament, is ideal for sealing, guiding, wiping, and pressing.
Dimensions
The flexible brush strip is supplied in convenient 25-meter rolls, allowing you to cut it to the desired length. It is available in two profile sizes with brush heights of 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm.
Materials
The profile is made from thermoplastic rubber, while the filament is composed of synthetic polypropylene, 0.2mm thick, in black. It is UV and ozone resistant and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C.
Additional information
Delivered as standard in rolls of 25 metres. If you don’t need this full length, you have the option to purchase by the metre, with a surcharge applied. Please contact us for the per metre price, as this is a special order and not currently available online.
