The flexible brush strip – clip-on profile 180° is a highly popular choice for various sealing needs. Featuring a flexible thermoplastic core and polypropylene filament, this adaptable brush strip excels in sealing, guiding, wiping, and pressing applications.
Dimensions
The flexible brush strip comes in convenient 25-metre rolls, allowing for easy customization to your desired length. The clip-on profile 180° is available in three different sizes. Available brush heights include 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm.
- Profile 8 x 18 mm – suitable for panels with a thickness between 0.6 – 1.5 mm
- Profile 9 x 18 mm – suitable for panels with a thickness between 1 – 2 mm
- Profile 10.2 x 22.9mm – suitable for panels with a thickness between 1.6 – 3 mm
Materials
The profile is made from thermoplastic rubber, while the filament is constructed from 0.2mm black synthetic polypropylene. This brush strip is both UV and ozone resistant and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C.

Delivered as standard in rolls of 25 metres. If you don’t need this full length, you have the option to purchase by the metre, with a surcharge applied. Please contact us for the per metre price, as this is a special order and not currently available online.
