Return & Delivery
We are certain that you will be delighted with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is in a fully resaleable condition. The standard return period is 14 days from receipt. Any return after this period, may incur restocking charges.
A 20% restocking charge will be made in respect of current stock items returned as incorrectly ordered by the customer or outside of the return period. Any collection charges incurred will be borne by the customer in this event. The customer may choose to return products to Formseal at their own cost (Post/Courier etc) but it should be received in a resaleable condition.

- Sales Order Number or Invoice Number
- Product Code
- Reason for Return
We will then provide you with a “Returns Reference” and make arrangements to collect the goods (if appropriate).
A refund of the original delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Formseal Ltd will refund the price of the goods once it is received by us. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days for a complaint to be processed and refund. We will keep in touch and keep you informed throughout the process.
